How long does the process take?
From the time you have your first consultation to our start date as your management consultant is most dependent on your needs. We will invest time, energy and travel to get to know you, your team, residents and the needs of each. As much as possible, we would like to be well-equipped to hit the ground running to make your facility see immediate changes.
