Why work at Flatirons? Because we care about our employees as much as we care about our patients and residents. We understand that our employees must be happy in order for everyone to be successful. Our leadership team cares about you.
The leadership at Flatirons Health & Rehab changed in late 2017, and we have a team of absolute rock-stars. Our Executive Director and Director of Nursing are dedicated to providing quality and safe experiences to our patients, residents and staff.
Executive Director, Stacey Love, comes to Flatirons from Brookdale of Greenwood Village, where she provided training and mentorship for new Executive Director’s in the Western half of the United States. Altogether, she possesses 7 years of experience as an executive director. What attracted her to Flatirons? She says it was the culture, which embodies Flatirons mission of “Improving Lives. Exceeding Expectations.” Regarding culture, this is the advice she bestows upon employees:
“I challenge you to create a safe, kind, loving experience with each patient encounter, with each co-worker interaction, and each time a family member needs a little extra attention, remembering that they will always ‘remember how you made them feel.’ This is my goal and commitment to our patients and families, vendors, and each of you, every day.”
— Stacey Love, Executive Director
Director of Nursing, Stacie DoGoey has more than 8 years of experience in nursing. She has held multiple director titles in Denver. Notably, Stacie implemented a wound care and skin management program at her previous job, and successfully increase employee retention.
Under these two women's guidance and with you on our team, there's no way we can't be successful.
