2025 Editions
The 2025 newsletters highlight the completion of the new ILEE Vision & Operating Model, emphasizing core elements such as love, courage, leadership, empowerment, quality, exceptional experiences, responsible stewardship, and strong financial performance—supported by four guiding “Tail Wind” principles: compassion, gratitude, strategic thinking, and resilience. The following issues also feature leadership development updates, including a focus on Alignment in the ILEE University curriculum. Community celebrations are showcased throughout and highlight staff anniversaries, engagements, marriages, new baby arrivals, and special recognition for leaders for their standout professional accomplishments.
2024 Editions
The first edition of the Axiom Healthcare Services newsletter launched in October 2024, creating a new platform to share photos and highlight the people, moments, and milestones that shape the Axiom community. The newsletters include updates from across Axiom facilities, featuring resident activities, seasonal celebrations, and special events that bring residents, families, and staff together.
Editions also include ILEE Spotlights, recognizing team members who exemplify Axiom’s motto, “Improving Lives. Exceeding Expectations.” These spotlights celebrate staff members and residents who go above and beyond in providing compassionate care and support within their communities.
In addition to facility highlights, the newsletters celebrate personal milestones among staff, including births, weddings, employment anniversaries, and other special moments. Together, these stories help showcase the strong sense of community across Axiom Healthcare Services and recognize the people who make a difference every day.
